How long have you been in business?

We started in 1985 and in 2005, it will be 20 years.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry full workman's comp and liability coverage.

Do you use your own employees?

Yes, all of our workers are fully employed by BBR. We do not sub contract our work.

When you start a job, do you stay with it until completion?

Yes, once we start a job we will continue with that job until it is complete.

Do you work by contracts?

Yes, a written proposal is signed by both parties.

When are payments due?

For most jobs, a partial payment is due when we start, another payment is due when we are
half complete, and the final balance is due when we are complete.

When can you do the job?

Every job is very important to us, so the jobs are scheduled on a "1st come-first served basis". When a proposal is signed, your name goes on our starting list. At that time you'll be given a time
frame from start to finish.

Do you protect the property from damage?

Yes, when removing roofing or siding, we tarp the side of the home and cover shrubbery and flower beds.

No, we clean the site at the end of each work day.
